The manager is required to learn to deal with such forces while at the workplace so as to execute the daily duties effectively (Richard L. Daft, 2010).The implementation of management in the business environment encompasses four important management functions. These management functions help in helping the manager accomplish the set business roles and objectives. With these four functions, the manager is able to accurately manipulate and deploy the available human, financial, technological and natural resources. The manager should focus on the four key management functions in order to execute managerial and leadership roles appropriately. These functions are;Planning: The manager should lay out a specific and strategic outline of steps to be followed in order to comprehensively operate the entire managerial roles and duties.Controlling: The management team should be able to keep all the plans set moving together.Organizing: The supportive staff and equipments should move together to support the plans made by the organization.Leading: The manager should be at forefront to show enthusiasm and vision in order to reach the set plans by the business organization.Also, in implementing these management functions, the manager should also consider the trends of technology, innovations, globalization and diversity. Technology presents the fastest-moving force potential in management of all the business organizations in the world. It encompasses all forms of technology such as manufacturing, communication and marketing. Due to adva ncement and unpredictable technological trends, the managers are compelled to make critically thought plans, proper organizational roles, leadership roles and control.The managers are supposed to be innovative and embrace the current and changing worldwide innovations. This imposes challenge to risk management among the managers.Unforeseen uncertainty: This has no contingency plan as it occurs unnoticed. This forms a big challenge to managers as it makes it difficult to strategize job approach platform.Chaos: This compels the managers to establish strict rules and regulations within the organization.The following challenges are notable in all the managers today due to theses uncertainties, ambiguity, business changes and threats.
